Our rates vary depending on size and type of storage. Please call

Should I make a
reservation?
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure
that the space that you want is available when you need it, we
recommend that you make an advance reservation.

Do I need insurance?
You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or
renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for
insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage
insurance. We provide new tenants with a brochure from one of
these companies. Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility.

Do you give me a key?
You provide your own lock and key so that you are the only one
with access to your unit. You may purchase a high quality lock at our storage office.

Can I pay for my unit
over the phone?
You will need to visit the facility to lease your unit and
make the initial payment. After that, you may call to make
payments via credit card.

What type of payment do
you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and
American Express. If you
drop your payment in the night payment box, please DO NOT put cash
in this box.

Can you receive packages
and mail on my behalf?
We will gladly accept packages and mail for you and notify
when they arrive. The items will remain in the storage office
until you pick them up. Other arrangements can be made on an
individual basis. Contact the manager.

What is the minimum time
that I can store for?
There is no minimum storage time but the minimum rental period
is 1 month.

What kind of
documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture is
required to lease a unit.

Do you have your own
movers?
While we do not offer moving services, there are a variety of
movers available in our area. Check the yellow pages under the
heading "movers" for a complete list.

How long will it
take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
The entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes.
Please keep in mind that this time could vary depending on whether
there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive. Mornings
are usually the slowest period of the day while afternoons are
busier.
